Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar-free Thousand Island or special sauce (recipe below)
Special Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup

1 tbsp dill pickle relish
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
