Snow alfajores.
A conventional dessert with a soft paste, a dulce deche filling and a delicious icing.
Ingredients:
For the paste:
250 g wheat flour
80 g of sugar
3 egg yolks
100 g butter (at room temperature)
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla gasoline
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast 1
teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Dulce de leche (enough to fill in)
For snow:
200 g of icing sugar
1 egg white
A few drops of lemon juice
200 g natural sugar
50 ml water
