Ingredients:
550 g flour
You can use a mixture of wheat and spelt flour, or wholemeal flour for a stronger taste.
150 g grains
Use your favorite grains, e.g. sunflower seeds, linseed, pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds, to give the bread a nice texture and extra bite.
14 g dry yeast
The dry yeast ensures that the dough rises well even without rising time.
380 ml lukewarm water
The lukewarm water activates the yeast and ensures the right dough consistency.
2 tsp salt

2 tsp vinegar
