Quick grain bread with dry yeast

1. Prepare the dough:

First dissolve the dry yeast in lukewarm water and leave to stand for a short time so that it is activated.

Add all the other ingredients such as flour, grains, salt and vinegar to a large bowl. Also add the yeast-water mixture.

Knead everything together well until you have a smooth and supple dough.

2. Put the dough into the mold:

Put the finished dough directly into a greased loaf pan or bread pan. The dough does not need to be left to rise, so you save valuable time here.

3. Bake the bread:

Place the dough in the cold oven. Then set the oven to 210°C top/bottom heat and bake the bread for 50 to 60 minutes.

The bread is ready when it has a nice golden brown crust and sounds hollow when you tap the bottom.
4. Let it cool:

Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before cutting it. This way it stays nice and moist and is easier to cut.
A quick and easy grain bread that always turns out well!
