Homemade in minutes! My Reunion Island samosas with tuna (cumin, coriander & mint)!

  • The steps of the recipe:
    1. Slice the shallots.
    2. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and brown the shallots.
    3. Add the thyme.
    4. Add the tuna crumbs and mix well.
    5. Over low heat, sprinkle in the spices: cumin and turmeric. Adjust the dosage to your liking.
    6. Finish with fresh herbs, previously roughly chopped.
    7. Add salt and chopped chili pepper (if desired).
    8. Mix and remove from heat.
    9. Let cool.
