Homemade in minutes! My Reunion Island samosas with tuna (cumin, coriander & mint)!
The steps of the recipe:
- Slice the shallots.
- Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and brown the shallots.
- Add the thyme.
- Add the tuna crumbs and mix well.
- Over low heat, sprinkle in the spices: cumin and turmeric. Adjust the dosage to your liking.
- Finish with fresh herbs, previously roughly chopped.
- Add salt and chopped chili pepper (if desired).
- Mix and remove from heat.
- Let cool.
