Homemade in minutes! My Reunion Island samosas with tuna (cumin, coriander & mint)!
Folding the samosas:
- Layer the squares of dough and then cut them into four equal rectangular strips.
- Take a strip of dough in your hand. Fold one of the corners inwards.
- Fill the small cone with the filling using a teaspoon.
- Fold the formed triangle several times to “close” it.
- At the end of the folding, simply glue the end of the dough manually with water to close the triangle properly.
- Remember to pull tightly each time you fold to maintain the shape of an equilateral triangle.
- When your samosas are ready, all that’s left is to fry them for a few minutes in very hot oil. A nice golden color will be enough to make them crispy.
- Serve hot, with lemon (yellow or green), to be squeezed over each bite!
- Enjoy your meal!
