Homemade in minutes! My Reunion Island samosas with tuna (cumin, coriander & mint)!

Folding the samosas:
  1. Layer the squares of dough and then cut them into four equal rectangular strips.
  2. Take a strip of dough in your hand. Fold one of the corners inwards.
  3. Fill the small cone with the filling using a teaspoon.
  4. Fold the formed triangle several times to “close” it.
  5. At the end of the folding, simply glue the end of the dough manually with water to close the triangle properly.
  6. Remember to pull tightly each time you fold to maintain the shape of an equilateral triangle.
  7. When your samosas are ready, all that’s left is to fry them for a few minutes in very hot oil. A nice golden color will be enough to make them crispy.
  8. Serve hot, with lemon (yellow or green), to be squeezed over each bite!
  9. Enjoy your meal!
