Homemade Candle Recipe with Powders

Want to create personalized candles with natural colors and captivating fragrances? Discover this simple recipe for making homemade candles using powders like spices or natural pigments.

Ingredients:
– *200g of wax (soy, beeswax, or paraffin)
– *1 to 2 teaspoons of powder* (cinnamon, turmeric, cocoa, paprika, or natural pigments)
– *1 cotton wick*
– *5 to 10 drops of essential oil* (optional, for fragrance)
– *A small glass or metal container
Preparation:
1. Melt the wax:
Melt the wax in a double boiler over low heat until completely liquid.

2. Add the powder:
Once the wax is melted, add the chosen powder, stirring well to ensure even distribution of the color and fragrance.

3. Add fragrance (optional):
If you wish to scent your candle, add the drops of essential oil once the wax has cooled slightly (around 60°C) to prevent the aromas from evaporating.
