Ingredients:
12 large king prawns (or giant shrimp), cleaned, heads and shells on for added flavor
100g softened butter
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
A drizzle of olive oil
Lemon slices for serving
Instructions:
Preparing the king prawns:
