Ingredients:
For the base:
– 1 egg
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar or vanillin
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 5 tablespoons of plain yogurt
– 175g of flour (approximately)
– 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Instructions:
Mix the wet ingredients:
In a bowl, break the egg and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth. Then add the oil and yogurt, continuing to mix.
Add the dry ingredients:
Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix everything together until smooth and lump-free. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more yogurt!
