In a blender, add the milk cream, the sweet condensed milk and the passion fruit juice powder.
Mix well for about 5 minutes until a soft and homogeneous cream is obtained.
Take a glass dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading it evenly.

In a bowl, put the chopped chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
Married or microwave (to avoid burning, stop every 30 seconds).
Add the milk cream and mix well to make a shiny cream.
Cover the chocolate ganache dessert and place it in the
