🍌 Hawaiian Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar (packed)

2 large eggs

½ cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2–3 bananas)

½ cup crushed pineapple (drained)

½ cup shredded sweetened coconut

½ cup chopped macadamia nuts or walnuts (optional)
