Cold lemon cake, NO OVEN.

Ingredients:
• 4 fresh lemons (green or yellow).
• 200 ml condensed milk.
• 200 ml double cream.
• A packet of Maria biscuits.
Preparation:

To prepare this cold lemon cake, first crush the Maria biscuits. Don’t grind them into powder, but into small pieces that are barely noticeable when blended. You can also add a few ingredients of your choice: lemon for a more lemony flavor or condensed milk for a sweeter taste.
Once the biscuits are crushed, squeeze the lemons until all the juice is extracted. Then mix them with the condensed milk and double cream. The goal is to obtain a thick and creamy cream. Next, take the container of your choice and place a layer of biscuits, then a layer of cream, and so on, until the edge of the container is reached.
