Ingredients (for about 8-10 people):
2 packs of puff pastry (about 275 g per roll, from the refrigerated section)
500 g ground beef
1 onion, finely diced
150 g cheddar, grated (or another cheese of your choice)
3-4 pickles, sliced or diced
2-3 tbsp ketchup
1-2 tbsp mustard
Salt, pepper, sweet paprika
1 egg (for brushing)
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Optional side dish:
Lettuce leaves, tomato slices or dips such as burger sauce, ketchup or BBQ sauce
