Cheeseburger ring. For many. A blast!

Prepare the ground meat filling:
Fry the ground meat in a pan with the diced onions, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Stir in the ketchup and mustard and let the mixture cool slightly.
Mix in the pickles and cheese.
Prepare the puff pastry:
Lay out the puff pastry rolls and cut them into even triangles (similar to croissants).
Form the ring:
Arrange the dough triangles in a circle on a baking tray lined with baking paper so that the tips point outwards and the wide sides overlap. This creates a wreath.
Fill:
Spread the minced meat filling on the inner edge of the circle (where the wide sides of the triangles are).
Fold the dough tips inwards over the filling and press down lightly.
Bread & Bake:
Brush the ring with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) or 180 °C (fan oven) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve:
Cut the cheeseburger ring into pieces and serve with lettuce, tomatoes and dips. Tip:
You can also spice up the cheeseburger ring with bacon or jalapeños – for an even more intense taste experience! 😋

Have fun celebrating! 🎉
