This recipe creates a mildly flavored cheese without the use of spices, making it an excellent choice for your morning table.
Cooking process:
Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes. Then pour it into sterile jars. Wait until the temperature of the milk in the cans drops to 45 degrees. This is where a food thermometer comes in handy.
Separate a little milk into a separate container, add the yeast, and mix well. Then pour this mixture back into the milk cans.
