Instructions:
- Preparation of the furnace ::
- Preheat the oven to 180 C (thermostat 6).
- Butter and flour a cake mold.
- Preparation of the paste ::
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, chemical yeast, salt and, if you wish, cinnamon.
- Drain the pieces of pineapple and store the juice.
- Add the pieces of pineapple and crushed walnuts to the dry mixture.
- Addition of liquid ingredients ::
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the melted butter and the vanilla extract.
- Incorporate this mixture into the dry ingredients by mixing well to make a homogeneous paste. If the dough seems too thick, you can add a few tablespoons of the pineapple juice reserved for relaxation.
