Cake Joy with pineapples and nuts

Instructions:

  1. Preparation of the furnace ::
    • Preheat the oven to 180 C (thermostat 6).
    • Butter and flour a cake mold.
  2. Preparation of the paste ::
    • In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, chemical yeast, salt and, if you wish, cinnamon.
    • Drain the pieces of pineapple and store the juice.
    • Add the pieces of pineapple and crushed walnuts to the dry mixture.
  3. Addition of liquid ingredients ::
    • In another bowl, beat the eggs with the melted butter and the vanilla extract.
    • Incorporate this mixture into the dry ingredients by mixing well to make a homogeneous paste. If the dough seems too thick, you can add a few tablespoons of the pineapple juice reserved for relaxation.
