Ingredients
400g cod back
300g peeled shrimp
2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 red pepper, cut into strips
200ml dry white wine
150ml fish stock
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
