2 large courgettes
2 eggs
100 g flour
100 ml milk
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the courgettes:
Cut the courgettes into long, thin slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let them rest for a while so that they can lose any excess moisture. Then pat them dry with kitchen paper.
