A friend from Turkey taught me how to cook courgettes, tastier than meat! Only polite members will say thank you

Ingredients:
🥒 For the courgettes:
2 large courgettes
2 eggs
100 g flour
100 ml milk
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying
Method:
Prepare the courgettes:
Cut the courgettes into long, thin slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let them rest for a while so that they can lose any excess moisture. Then pat them dry with kitchen paper.
