1 ½ lbs ground beef (80/20 for juicy burgers)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 oz mushrooms, sliced (baby bella or white button)
1 small onion, thinly sliced (optional)
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 burger buns (optional, or serve low-carb)
Olive oil or butter, for drizzling
Aluminum foil
