3 delicious pasta salads

Ingredients:

300g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)

100g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped

100g pitted black olives

150g diced feta cheese

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 handful of arugula

2 tbsp roasted pine nuts

Dressing:

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp light balsamic vinegar

1 tsp honey

1 tsp mustard

Salt, pepper, oregano

Preparation:

Cook pasta until al dente, let cool.

Combine all ingredients.

Mix the dressing and fold in.

Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
