Ingredients:
300g spiral pasta
1 can of corn (approx. 150g drained)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 small can of kidney beans (optional)
1 small red onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Preparation:
Cook the pasta and let it cool.
Chop the vegetables and mix with the pasta.
Mix the dressing and mix in.
Serve chilled â perfect with grilled meat!
