Ingredients:
4 chicken leg quarters (thigh + drumstick)
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 lemons (zest and juice)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/2 tsp paprika or red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare marinade:
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika/red pepper flakes (if using).
