Cheesecake Fruit Salad Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
For the cheesecake filling:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the roll-ups:

4–6 flour tortillas (soft taco size or large enough to roll)

1–2 cups mixed fresh fruit, diced
(Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, grapes, bananas — whatever you like!)

Optional:

Cinnamon sugar (for coating the outside)

Honey or chocolate drizzle
