🧁 Ingredients (Makes ~6 small jars)
For the crust & crumble:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits, crushed)

2 tbsp granulated sugar

5 tbsp melted butter

Optional: pinch of cinnamon

For the cheesecake filling:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

For the cherry topping:

1 cup cherry pie filling (store-bought or homemade)

🥄 Instructions
Make the crust & crumble:

In a bowl, mix graham crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon.

Spread half of the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden (optional, for crunchy crumble).

Set aside to cool.
