Ingredients
500g cod fillets, 500g cherry tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 4 thyme sprigs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent. Then place the onion and garlic in a baking dish.
Step 3
In the same pan, fry the cod fillets for a minute on each side. The goal is not to cook them, but simply to brown them. Place these pieces of fish in your baking dish.
