All you have to do is wrap the sausage in the puff pastry and then bake it. This is the BEST appetizer idea:

Ingredients:
500 g minced sausage meat (preferably a spicy sausage, such as an English or German sausage)

1 onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

1 tablespoon mustard (for extra flavour)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 egg (for brushing)

1 sheet puff pastry (you can also use more depending on the amount of sausage filling)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
