Ingredients:
1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak (or shaved beef)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (green or color of choice)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
6–8 slices of provolone cheese
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Optional: Add hot sauce, Dijon mustard, or a dollop of cream cheese inside for extra flavor.

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
Sauté onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms until soft and slightly caramelized (about 5–7 mins). Remove and set aside.
