Meatloaf Wellington – Easy, Crispy and Delicious!

For the meatloaf:
500g ground beef (or half-and-half)

1 egg

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, pressed

2 slices of white bread, soaked in milk

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon mustard or ketchup

Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley to taste

For the outside:
1 roll of puff pastry

1 egg yolk, whisked with a little milk

Optional: Ham or cheese slices for extra flavor
