250 g tomatoes, peeled from a can
150 g corn kernels
2 peppers, red and green
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 pinch of sugar
6 wheat tortillas
7 tbsp crème fraîche
250 g cheese, grated
