STRAWBERRY TIRAMIS Recipes

Strawberry Tiramisu is a fresh, fruity take on the classic Italian tiramisu, perfect for spring and summer. Here is a delicious and easy recipe to make:

Ingredients: 500 g of fresh strawberries 250 g of champagne biscuits 250 g of mascarpone 3 very fresh eggs 100 g of sugar 1 glass of strawberry liqueur (or another liqueur of your choice) Lemon juice to taste Icing sugar to taste Preparation method: Prepare the strawberries: Wash and cut 300 g of strawberries into small pieces. Place them in a bowl with a little lemon juice and a spoonful of sugar. Let it macerate for about 30 minutes. You will need the remaining strawberries for decoration.
Prepare the cream: Separate the yolks from the whites. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy. Add the mascarpone and mix gently. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully mix them into the mascarpone cream.

To prepare the syrup: Blend the macerated strawberries with the strawberry liqueur (or another liqueur of your choice) in a blender.
Make the tiramisu: Quickly dip the champagne biscuits into the strawberry mixture and arrange them in a single layer in the bottom of a baking dish. Top with half of the mascarpone cream and half of the chopped strawberries. Repeat with another layer of champagne biscuits, cream and strawberries.
