Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 box (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix (unprepared)
1 cup heavy whipping cream or milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1½ cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 banana, sliced (optional – add just before serving)
1½ cups mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional, but very Hawaiian!)
Crushed macadamia nuts or chopped pecans (optional topping)
