Crispy cheese triangles.


👥For: 2 persons
⏱Preparation time: 20 minutes

🍀Ingredients (with accurate grammage)
– 200 g of flour
– 100 g of grated cheese (cheddar, emmental or mozzarella)
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast (approximately 4 g)
1/2 teaspoon of salt (approximately 2 g)
1/4 pepper teaspoon (approximately 1 g)
1 egg
80 ml milk (or water)
1 teaspoon of dried herbs (persil, oregano or basil) (approximately 2 g)
– Fry oil (sufficient quantity to immerse the triangles)
