🧾 Base Hummus Recipe (for all 3 colors)
Ingredients:
1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2–3 tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lemon
2–3 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
2–4 tbsp cold water (for texture)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Divide the base into 3 equal portions for coloring.
