🍓 Fruit in Jelly – The Complete Recipe

Ingredients (for approx. 6 jars of 250 ml each):

1 kg fresh fruit of your choice (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, peaches, cherries, currants, grapes)

750 ml fruit juice (suitable for the fruit – e.g., apple, grape, or berry nectar)

1 sachet of 2:1 gelling sugar (500 g)

2 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for freshness and shelf life)

Fresh mint or vanilla for added flavor

🥣 Preparation:
Prepare the fruit
Wash and peel the fruit, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Very juicy fruits like strawberries or peaches may need to be drained slightly.
→ Tip: Very soft fruits like bananas or melons are less suitable.
