Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, washed and sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Slice the potatoes (about 8 slices per potato) and soak them in cold water for 20-30 minutes. This removes excess starch and makes the potatoes extra crispy.
