3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (vegan chocolate chips can also be used)
1 cup peanut butter, chopped
6 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, honey, and salt. Stir until melted. Once melted, remove from heat.
3. Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until coated.
4. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, pressing them into the cups.
5. Melt the chocolate chips in a separate saucepan and pour into each cup.
6. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is set.
7. Remove from the refrigerator, remove the cups and enjoy!
