Water pancakes only 3 ingredients: the soft snack like you’ve never tasted before

Take a bowl and add the 00 flour and a good teaspoon of baking powder. Add the sugar and mix well. Now gradually add the water, stirring constantly, until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture.
This recipe is so simple, and you don’t need eggs or milk! Now take a nonstick pan and place it on the stove. Grease it with absorbent paper previously moistened with a little extra virgin olive oil. Now add a ladleful of the mixture and reduce the heat to medium.
Cook for 4-5 minutes over low heat until plenty of air bubbles form on top. Then cook for a few more minutes until the other side is golden brown. This is how we prepare our pancakes, greasing the pan after every two pancakes. Once the mixture is ready, cover the pancakes with a piece of aluminum foil to prevent the heat from spreading.
Our pancakes are now ready, and we can fill them with vinegar syrup and fresh seasonal fruit as desired. If we want to ship them the next day, all we need to do is cover them with transparent film.
