Velvety Mango Cream

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes (or 1 cup of mango puree)

1 cup of whipping cream (heavy cream)

2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon of gelatin (optional, for a firmer texture)

★Instructions

Prepare the Mango Puree:

Peel and cut the mangoes, then blend them into a smooth puree. You should get about 1 cup of puree.
