Preparation
Preheating the air oven to 150°C. Cut the cheek rolls in half. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Then finely chop and fill the other ingredients. Season to taste.
Spread the mixture on the rolls (a heaped tablespoon per half) and baked until the rolls look brown and crispy – this takes approx. 8 – 10 minutes.
You can make green salad. The rolls are great for being eaten on the sofa, but also as a party snack or “normal” lunch or. Dinner.
Most of the ingredients can be varyed across the refrigerator, but it tastes best to me this variant here. It also does quite good if you swipe the bread halves thinly with herb butter before.
