Tomatoes stuffed with rice

4 Tomatoes (farms)
200 g rice (for salads)
2 slices of cooked ham
1 Tomato
100 g Tuna in oil
10 Green olives
50 g Sweet maize
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Wash and dry the 4 firm tomatoes, empty them gently and try not to break them.

Cook the rice in salted boiling water until it is cooked, check the cooking time on the pack. Wash the ripe tomato and dice it.

Cut the cooked ham into pieces. Let go of the olives and cut them in half. Wash the basil.

Place the ingredients in a bowl and also add the tuna, corn and mix gently.

Drain the al dente rice, pass it under cold water to stop cooking and pour it into the bowl with all the ingredients.

Also add the mayonnaise and salt. Mix gently.

Keep the tomatoes with the rice salad with a spoon.

Place the cold rice stuffed tomatoes in a container and let them cool in the refrigerator before serving.
