Preparation:
- Wash the strawberries and remove the green part to mix them with 30 grams of sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook the strawberries for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and reserve.
- Mix the cream with the remaining sugar, vanilla extract and condensed milk until everything is well integrated. Add the mascarpone and beat again until you get a thick cream. Add a couple of tablespoons of the strawberry mixture and mix.
- Cover the base of a long glass plate with the biscuits. Water them with the cooking juice of the strawberries, and line the side walls of the mold with the half strawberries. Fill the mold with the mascarpone cream and level the surface with a silicone spatula.
- Mix the icing sugar with the strawberry powder and sprinkle the surface of the tiramisu with this mixture. Decorate the tiramisu as desired with a few strawberries and a few mint leaves.
