This meatloaf variation is seriously next level! Never had anything like it!

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced jalapenos, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, leave the seeds in the jalapenos or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the meat mixture. If you prefer a milder version, substitute the jalapenos with diced bell peppers. You can also swap the ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. If you’re a fan of bacon, consider wrapping the meatloaf in bacon strips before baking for an extra layer of flavor.
