This is my favorite dish and I love that I now can make it in a foil packet version! Easy cleanup!

Ingredients:
1 pound salmon fillets, halved
1 pound trimmed asparagus
3 tablespoons butter, cubed
2 tablespoons chicken broth
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tablespoon hot sauce of your choice
Instructions:
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare two aluminum foil sheets, approximately 12×12 inches each.
Seasoning: Ensure salmon fillets are seasoned on both sides, and adorned with minced garlic. Position asparagus alongside the salmon on the foil.
Sauce Creation: In a bowl, mix the broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if utilizing), and drizzle over the salmon and asparagus.
Butter Addition: Distribute small butter cubes atop each foil packet.
Foil Packet Formation: Carefully enclose the salmon and asparagus, sealing the foil’s edges to create a packet.
Baking: Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, ensuring the salmon is cooked to your preference and asparagus is tender.
Serving: Cautiously open the foil packets (mindful of the hot steam) and serve directly, adorned with additional lemon juice, chopped parsley, and optional lemon slices.
Enjoy a heartwarming meal that beautifully marries the rich flavors of salmon with the vibrant freshness of asparagus and the zesty undertones of the lemon garlic butter sauce. This effortless yet impressive dish stands ready to grace your table and enchant your palate, potentially becoming a cherished addition to your culinary collection.
