Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F.
Potato and Cheese Mix:
In a bowl, combine hot mashed potatoes, cream cheese, minced garlic, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Vegetable and Meat Filling:
In another bowl, mix the thawed vegetables, beef gravy, and seasoned ground beef.
Assemble:
Place the vegetable and meat mixture into a 9″ square baking dish.
Cover with Potato Mixture:
Spread the mashed potato and cheese mixture over the vegetable and meat filling.
Add Cheese Topping:
Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the potatoes.
Bake:
Bake the uncovered dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Enjoy:
