Thin mint cinnamon rolls

🧄 Ingredients
For the dough:

250 g flour (wheat flour type 550 or 405)

1/2 cube fresh yeast (or 1 sachet dried yeast)

125 ml lukewarm milk

40 g sugar

1 pinch of salt

40 g softened butter

1 egg

For the filling:

50 g softened butter

50 g brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1-2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract)

Optional topping:

Powdered sugar & mint syrup for a glaze

Or: Mint-flavored cream cheese frosting
