Grease a pan with sunflower oil. Pour in a little batter, spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Fry the crepes on one side until cooked through. Arrange the prepared crepes on a plate. The suggested portion of batter will yield about 25 crepes.
For the filling, mash the cottage cheese with sugar and an egg. Add poppy seeds or raisins to taste and mix well.
Spread the curd filling on each pancake. Wrap them in an envelope or roll and place them in a pan, casserole, or casserole dish, coating each layer with sour cream and melted butter. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Once the dish is cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
