These are to die for! My hubby loves grabbing these in the morning. He couldn’t believe it was just four ingredients!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, brown and crumble the breakfast sausage. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Mix in the Bisquick and cheese until fully combined, then fold in the cooked sausage.
  4. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
