The secret to making liver more delicious!

Preparing the beef liver: Remove the membrane from the liver and divide it into two parts. Then, remove the membrane from the other side of the liver.
Cutting into thin slices: Cut the liver into a thin sheet and then into 4-5 cm rectangles.
Pounding and covering with plastic wrap: Cover the liver pieces with plastic wrap and tap gently with a hammer.
Breading and frying: Dip the liver pieces in flour and fry them in hot vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
Preparing the apples: Clean the cores of the apples and cut them into thin slices. Fry the apples in oil until golden brown on both sides.
Assemble in the ovenproof dish: In a ovenproof dish, place half of the roasted apples on the bottom.
Liver layer and seasoning: Place half of the fried liver on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the onions: In a separate pan, fry the onions in oil until softened. Add the turmeric and paprika and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Additional layers: Place a layer of fried onions on top of the liver, followed by the remaining apples and liver.
Final layer: Finish by placing the remaining onions on top.
Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
