The plastic bag trick that only a few people know

150 ml milk
Lukewarm 1 teaspoon dried yeast
25 g sugar
0.5 teaspoon sugar
Vanilla A pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
280 g flour
1-2 all-purpose apples, sliced
Preparation:
Mix lukewarm milk, dried yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, butter, and flour in a plastic bag.
Knead until a soft, elastic dough forms.
Let the dough rest in the bag for 1 hour.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet, place the apple slices on top, and bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
Third Tip: Ingredients

1 tablespoon lukewarm sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
cinnamon
2 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation:
Mix lukewarm water, lukewarm milk, sugar, dry yeast, salt, and cinnamon in a plastic bag.
Add the flour and stir until the dough is smooth.
Let the dough rest in the bag for 1 hour.
Pierce small holes in the bag, fry the dough in hot oil, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
