The most delicious meatballs: I make them 3 times a week

The Most Delicious Meatballs
(Makes ~20 meatballs, depending on size)

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 is ideal for flavor and juiciness)

1/2 lb ground pork (optional but adds richness)

1 cup fresh breadcrumbs (or panko)

1/3 cup milk

1 egg

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tbsp dried)

1 small onion, grated or finely minced

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
Soak the breadcrumbs:
In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes until soft.
